Emblems usually show up in the vault collection automatically. You can verify the code is showing on your account by signing into the website, click your avatar at the top and select Redeem Codes. Then click the My Code History button at the bottom. If your emblems are showing in that list, head to the vault and check the collections. You may have to logout or restart the game if you were signed in when you redeemed the codes.
