Ok guys it’s time to shut this down. Gamers like you shut down Battlefront for their bullish it: its time to shut down Destiny 2.
Xp fraud to entice purchasing bright engrams, substandard content, willful sabotaging of their own game. You name it these guys (Bungie)has done it. What more do you need? I called for a rebellion long before the Battlefront controversy dropped and y’all were cool to let the fanboys argue it away.
So what now? What do you need? Who else needs to expose this game for the c rap that it actually is. We will not get anything better no matter what we say or do; and the only response you’ll get from Bungie is when they are blatantly exposed and need to damage control (with lies) this B.S.
Stop playing this game. Especially if you purchased (like I did) the season pass. They got my money yes (probably for the last time)but I will not be counted in the daily user base numbers.
Don’t purchase the dlc. Hurt them where it counts. At the expense of Destiny ( write this IP off); let’s pioneer the way for future games to be free of the current money hungry meta which is game development/publishing fuc kery.
Do not support this game anymore until they finally support YOU ( which will be never as they are NOT in control of themselves anymore )
“FANBOY TROLL BOTS TRICKING FOR SHARDS”, TAKE THE DISK OUT YOUR MOUTH AND STOP DEFENDING THIS CR AP!
You are what’s wrong with this game ( and by extent gaming) by taking employment (or tricking for free) to maintain the status quo with your clever little Fu ckery talk and blind dispositions ( mostly trolling) supportIng this game; so no matter what you say... I WILL NOT LEAVE! This is not good riddance. I will do everything in my power to burn this game down as no real change will ever come. I am your enemy.
Regardless of your position on the matter. Change is coming.
Fanboys to the rescue in 3...2..1

1 ReplyReddit put up a post a day ago pointing people to report to the FTC. I suggest doing that too if you bought the game and it isn’t what was advertised by YOUR standards. Not my post. https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/7fchl9/guys_if_you_want_to_have_many_problems_fix_in_the/

21 RepliesHave you ever considered that millions of people like the game?

1 ReplyI respect your decision and I would like too know when you are going to delete you're characters? As you've said you will no longer be playing,so logic dictates that the action of permanently deleting you're Guardians will be the perfect way for you to lead by example.
-
How? The game isn't popular as Starwars regardless of outcome nothing will change.

This idea is kind of akin to walking into a buffet, paying to eat but not eating and telling all other customers to do so. At the start the buffet would have some wastage, but as the nights wear on that buffet will stop putting out so much food and actually begin profiting more from people just throwing money at them and not eating.
-
Bungie hates you and thinks this idea is stupid.

1 ReplyPeople have their tongues too far up Bungies sphincter to stop playing And too dumb to realise that Bungie will continue to rip us off, unless we make waves

I enjoy the game so im gonna keep playing it

Edited by MONKEYGOTRABIES: 11/27/2017 7:40:22 PMIt's a shame the CEO of Disney can't call up Activision and hand 'em their ass. Yes, a message was sent and received with SWBFII. People finally voted with their wallets, and the 0.9 user score on metacritic was just icing on the cake. Unfortunately, guys like you that bought the season pass will pad sales numbers on Curse of Osiris, but if you abstain from playing you'll help contribute to the "false narrative" that Destiny is in deep doo doo. As for everyone else, unless shocking and practically impossible changes are shown off on Wednesday, fewer of them will be purchasing. I'm not sure Bungle realizes they passed the make it or break it point in September, and they chose break it, shit on it, set it on fire, and piss on the ashes and the fans. I have never seen a franchise do absolutely nothing to improve online performance, obfuscate connection quality, never learn from mistakes (like they don't even observe or understand them), make every single aspect of the game worse (even the freakin' vault), and then take down their player activity data and lie as an exodus of their entire player base evaporates. The lies are so damn insulting to the intelligence. Yes, we can tell you're throttling xp, and yes, we can tell you were just fine with it until major publications called you out on it. We also know it's to incentivise MT sales. And yes, during a marquee event like iron banner, when we see the same guys in matches twice in a row, when we start a match 3v3 or 2v4, when we leave a laggy match only to be put right back into it, we know the "false narrative" is true. When I started playing Destiny on day one I never would have dreamed it would come to this.

Ha! Just watched that bloke Datto comment on the XP mishap or whatever it was. Laughed a bit. Bungie believes we are brain dead or have an education short of 5th grade. This was nearly stated as literal in some of the prelaunch hype. You fellas remember the simplified super explanation? They indicated we couldn't or didn't know how to form our subclasses, thus they chose them for us. Again, these tidbits of their underhanded and shady actions don't surprise me. And I fully expect more of this "we will dictate what you do and the direction." Lmao. Time for a pint.

1 ReplyGonna be a bad week for Bungie they were caught red handed and now they ave a live stream to do in front of a frustrated community they tried to screw over... not sure whos going on the chopping block but it seems activision is bringing out the big guns to do damage control. Luke Smith time to face the music. Its been a dark month in gaming Corruption and greed is finally being exposed in the gaming industry and its about time.

I think the XP system was designed to prevent exploiting it. They put the 'Well Rested' bonus in to give casual gamers a chance to get engrams just like the grinders. It was probably not well implemented. I still am glad that they tied level xp to the Eververse store. It just seems like a really good system that can be perfected and fair. Basically, a win win if done correctly. I think Eververse in D1 was a cash grab, and incredibly unimpressed, but I actually have a lot of respect for Eververse this time around. Since I don't know the details, I won't really say much more than that. I just hope whatever they do they get right.

I have not played in some time. I'm waiting to see if they update anything. At this time I have no plans to purchase the dlc. Not going to regurgitate everything everyone posts about this game, the disc is in the case. Should something change for the better I might put it back in the console and check it out.

7 Repliesmmm no I think I'll keep playing and buy the DLC too.

See, the problem is. I'm going to get my money's "worth" for the season pass. I'm fully expecting it to be complete shit.

There are tons of ways to burn a game but the usual step is to spread the word and tell others not to buy the game. If you have already bought the game, just don't play it and watch the playerbase decrease (Bungie and others don't like that). Final step is to rant and point out the flaws the game has.
