Stuck on main quest "Speak with Devrim in the EDZ"
Leveling my third character on PC and im at the start of the Red War quest. When I speak with Devrim he says all the dialogue he's supposed to but the quest itself does not trigger.

IIRC, you need to start the mission yourself interacting with the blue marker (floor level), after you speak to Devrim.
