Great ideas I haven't heard of exotic armor with choosable perks. I like that idea tho plz bring more

Yes! These are called Mystic gear. Allowing you to choose 1 of 2 Perks, OR you can choose to not have an exotic weapon to have both perks. Just a little twist on the things we already have :)

I think it with throw a big variable on the way people make builds now

It would definitely bring in some more variety. I also know many people that don’t run an exotic weapon most of the time and this could make some really cool builds
