Each point could be open for debate, but the one I'm not really grasping is increasing cooldown timers on abilities to increase the potency of the moments they're used. I'm specifically referring to supers; it doesn't feel very 'potent' when you get shredded as soon as you use it by an energy weapon's damage multiplier. I don't play a hunter much at all, and I feel bad for Gunslingers.
