The last Hope needs a rework - it's kinda broken

(My observations are not because I'm getting killed by The Last Hope - through my first hand experience with using this weapon and others in its said class and against other weapon types it's the only weapon in its class to outshine most, if not all, guns in its class - and some outside) Because of the incredibly slow TTK there are going to be standouts in the game for one reason or another. Now, we have a rampant use of a gun that has the fastest TTK in the game that's not a one shot - The Last Hope. It is breaking the game experience in some ways and balance. It has 27 rounds or roughly 9 bursts.... and can take down a guardian in roughly .73 seconds at optimal range versus an average of 1.2 seconds. This is not healthy for the overall balance of the game. Now that everyone knows about it, the range, rate of fire and damage are just too much given the state of the TTK being so long. The range of the sidearm can compete with auto rifles and other weapons very easily and outshines other sidearms making it the only logical choice. (My suggestion is) Either bring other guns up or take this gun to a level that doesn't break the game by making it a little more difficult to use. *Let me clarify* - the Last Hope has a laser like hip fire; taking little to no effort to use. - it has the fastest TTK at ranges other sidearms cannot match nor match its stability firing from the hip. - incredible TTK to the body - again, little to no effort. - great target tracking/ AA
