Hello DMHSutter,
Are you serious or trolling? I have a month looking for attempts to fix it, including what you wrote.
Reinstalled Windows 1703/1709, tried drivers gpu 385.41/385.69/387.92/388.00/388.10/388.13/388.31, changed all game/nvidia settings, my pc not overclocked, all drivers latest, Windows update latest, deleted cvars.xml, etc etc etc. With other games no problems.

Some people said, its still the clan memory leak, how many people are online in the clan, more stutter come...no idea if they are right! :(

Edited by Pekalord: 11/27/2017 4:01:14 PMI have stuttering with release, clan is not affected. For whole month there was only one evening, when I played 2-3 hours without stuttering on Titan. But the next morning I went into the game and after 10 min stuttering started (I did not change anything). Have noticed - if to enter game and immediately go to Farm - no stuttering. If you play half an hour on EDZ (when already many random stuttering), and then to go Farm - stable one strong stuttering every 10-15 sec. It looks like a problem with server/network code. Maybe our accounts have got on problem zone of server (sry for bad english).

I understand, your English is perfect like mine :) i love it :P I left my clan too, i test everything, and yes you right 1000% is server/network code and the damn engine! I STOP playing man, can't play like this!
