Faster times to kill meant you could chain insane plays. [b]Insane plays that meant nothing because they were so easy to achieve[/b] Better weapon layouts; quick scoping, shot gunning, etc... It was more common, but very counterable. [b]I sure do miss constantly getting sniped and shotgunned.[/b] RANDOM WEAPON ROLLS; everyone could have the same gun, but rolls played more importance. A shitty gun could shine with good rolls, and vice versa. It also added a grinding component to PvP that made finishing games more rewarding. [b]Random weapon rolls were the worst part about D1's PvP[/b] Exotics; not as strong as when the game launched, but very good. They felt strong. You had to think hard about which gun was gonna be equipped. Same with armor. There was so much variety. [b]Variety. Lol.[/b] Sub classes; there was A LOT more variety. I'd change my perks from game to game, always testing new paths out. Now they're plain and stale. No diversity. [b]There was hardly any variety at all. Each subclass had, at most, 2 set ups that actually worked well. Anything else was subpar.[/b]

    Well if you think d1 is so bad lets compare it to d2. You said faster time to kill made them too easy to achieve, have you not played d2 yet XD they are 1000X easier to get, and faster times to kill meant that you could actually get kills without teamshooting. You say random weapons rolls were the worst thing ever: To be COMPLETELY HONEST rolls hardly effected ANYTHING AT ALL You disagree that having 30+ exotic all custom isn't variety. WOW i have lost faith in humanity You said 2 set ups per class were good let me give you an example for 1 class, sunbreaker: Full sticky nade + full agility + exotic that makes you re spawn with grenade all the time, The max armor with self rez that let you rez then through chain grenades everywhere with full grenade recharge, The flame shield build, and the LIST GOES ON. I have listed 3 (there are many more) and yet D2 only has 2. You are saying that it is better to have 2 options then 3+. You have obliviously hardly played D1 and D2 and is just a bungie fanboy who will defend bungie even if they killed a child.
