Sorry if this has already been posted before. I can't find anything on this topic, but I could have easily missed it.
When playing D2, certain parts of various objects are filled in with a black/white/blue static like shader. Text is has the same issue. I have outlined in the picture these errors that occur on the log in screen. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

So I managed to fix the issue on my PC. What I did was uninstall all the Nvidia crap from my PC. Downloaded the 387.92 drivers and installed only the video driver. Works! I can play again. Hope this helps!

Edited by KevR26: 11/22/2017 1:09:18 AMYa, I've got the same thing. I just updated to Nvidia drivers 388.31 today and same thing. Haven't been able to fix it and the game is pretty much unplayable. OS: Windows 10 CPU: i7-4770 RAM: 16 GB GPU: GTX 660 on 388.31

1 ReplyI have this same issue. Been looking through the forums for a week or so and haven't seen anyone else with the issue until now. It causes some other bizarre effects as well, pink sky, weapon particles. Very odd. Spec info: CPU: Ryzen 1700x GPU: GTX 970 RAM: 32GB GPU Driver Version: 388.31, 388.13, and 388.00 All have this issue Operating System: Windows 10
