The Beetle error code has been noted by Bungie which can be seen in their known issues list. Thank you for your help, i ended up going through my network settings and updating my router firmware as well as forwarding all the ports again. Unfortunately my internet provider is till runing a ipv4 i should think that if i had ipv6 i would not had these issues. Anyway the tower is now full of NPCs and i can play again. Thanks for your response, i will up date the post.

My platform is PC, i have reinstalled the game and i have run the blizzard San and Repair but the issue is still there
