Error Code: CE-38606-3. Game not recognising my Expansion Pass.

Hey there, just looking for some assistance with an issue that's come up today (19th Nov). I bought the Expansion Pass for Destiny 2, and was looking forward to playing The Curse of Osiris. But, for some reason the game and/or PS Store won't recognise that I have bought it. I try to download the DLC (possibly why the game doesn't recognise it yet) and it comes up with an error code "CE-38606-3", saying that I cannot download this item because of a profile picture. This got me thinking, I didn't ask for a profile picture, so that must mean that it comes with the Expansion Pass. And I'm curious to see if you just remove the profile image from the package, could this stop the error from happening? Knowing my luck, it's not that simple. But it's always best to ask. Anyhow, I've also posted on the PS4 thread, but I'm yet to get a reply with a solution. And I would also like to know if this issue lies with Destiny, or the PS Store/PS4 itself, and any other information regarding this error, or others like it. Side Note: I have read that this issue can be resolved by "restoring your Licences", this can be found under your profile settings on the PS4. It hasn't helped me, but it may help you.
