I can see where your ps account is on a clan but you battle.net account is not. Each account needs to join then clan. This is based off looking at your account profile.

Well, previously I also logged in to Bungie.net using my Battle.net credentials and joined that way. No matter which way I log in now, it shows me that I belong to the clan. My battle.net account is also linked to my bungie.net account with my PS profile. The fact that you don't see that I belong to a clan on battle.net may be useful information, but my own view shows that I belong to the clan. It is confusing. What to do?

On your pc visit your clan page. Then click clan membership on the left side of the screen about in the middle of the page. Then click Join clan on battle.net.

Did that weeks ago... twice. But, I just did it again. Wow, it worked this time!! SO WEIRD. But I am SO glad it worked.
