Will dlc on an account be shared amongst other users in Ps4 ? (DESTINY 2)

Hello, Will upcoming Destiny 2 DLC be shared amongst users in the same PS4 if the account which contains the DLC is activated as primary ? (EXPANSION PASS) Thanks
