Description :
Persisting Stutter / Hitching. It almost always starts at a Public Event, (some "events" are causing stuttering more than others, with the EDZ / Devrim and Nessus / Failsafe locations being the most problematic in my experience.) After the event is done, the stutter will continue at a lower rate / intensity even if i switch planets, until i restart the game.
It "feels" like a memory leak, since it has the characteristic of getting worse over time, but its possibly an bug related to network code, since it only seems to manifest when other guardians are around. The clan bug fix probably caused this issue.
The game was almost flawless (at least in my machine) at launch. The issues started after patch 1.0.6.1
UPDATE : Driver 388.31 did not fix the stuttering. I maintain the position that it is an inherent issue of Destiny 2.

Bump for justice. The game is unplayable at this point. After a couple of public events on Nessus very noticeable stutter appears, and gets gradually worse the more public events i join. Nothing running in the background, no changes on my system. Tested both 388.13 and 388.00 nvidia drivers. The stutter gets worse on fullscreen mode. (windowed fullscreen applies triple buffering probably) Please return the game back to the launch state.
