Same. They claim it’s our problem saying we need to fix our computers, but no. It’s 100% their fault.

try the blizz repair sometimes there is a hicup in download and can cause game to play less than intended or even not load.

It is 100% their fault. I've tried so tons of things to fix it including re installing windows and nothing has made any little difference. It's been like this since launch and its downright unacceptable, especially 2 + weeks after launch.
