Who thought it would be balanced if a pulse grenade kills you in 2 ticks, but a vortex grenade mildly tickles you if you stand in it for it's full duration?
I know there have been posts about pulse grenades being too strong, but I want to know who actually thought this was a good idea?
Did they not look at the DPS of each then balance accordingly?
Did they just put in a random number and said -blam!- it?
So many of the choices made in this game are the WORST possible choices that anyone could ever make, you could pick a person off the street and he would come up with better ideas than these people at Bungly....

Pulse Grenades are what grenades should be.. and they somehow forgot how to make proper grenades after that.

In D1, the pulse grenade was slower and did less damage. Even a weak grenade can become OP if make enough changes to it.

Try jumpung. Don't stay still. No wonder you keep getting team shot

At least void actually kills if they afk in it. The hunter would do unspeakable things to have that be true of incendiaries.
