I think they have BUT the have committed themselves to a stupid SEASON based updates so instead of fixing things now they are going to do a big change at the end of the season. That being said THEY NEED TO UPDATE NOW AND DAM THE BALANCE. I'm still enjoying the game mostly because I have a group that plays a lot with me, but my soul dies a bit more with each exotic Dupe I get.
