PC CRASH

I have seen a number of you posting about your pc crashing. I have been having this issue from day one and have seen bungie replying with "we're looking into this" etc. I understand you're looking into this Bungie but does this mean you're going to get a fix while people are still playing the game? It's going on three weeks now. Three actual weeks, I have tried getting a refund but no luck. Can you PLEASE give us some sort of date/time of when you think this may be fixed? I'm getting sick of checking the f**king forums every day to see you ain't done sh!t. Three weeks.

    • I don't even see the "we're looking into this" response. I see the "blaming AMD processors" or "not meeting system requirements" excuses that were supposedly patched already. No mention of the people experiencing these crashes with high end Intel i7 + gtx1080 rigs. I don't care for a deadline or an immediate fix or "hotfix". I just want acknowledgment on their stickied thread of known issues that the problem was not solved in their whatever SSSE patch.

    • When at last that correct this error, has bothered already, takes off every 20-30 minutes On the previous patch this mistake wasn't, there was only a gradual reduction of fps

    • It happens to me too. I still get audio but no video. I can still talk to my friends on discord but nothing on my screen. Configuration Info CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SC GAMING ACX 2.0 RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 GPU Driver Version: 3.10.0.95 Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro 6.3.9600 N/A Build 9600 DxDiag: https://pastebin.com/h9KiZYBk Issue Information Destination/Activity: Playing the game. I think it happens more when I see the Taken. Have to reboot to be able to play the game again.

      • Has anybody had any luck with refunds? I put in a ticket but it was denied. I've uninstalled the game. It's too frustrating. Surely a problem as large as this deserves a refund?
