Accidentally DISMANTLED Arms of Optimacy!! HELP!

Just keep turning in those bright engrams and hope they drop arms of optimacy for you. :/ Or you can wait a month until Tess sells then again. Perhaps next time, you lock them.

sorry for your lost, but Bungie clearly stated that all dismantles are not returnable no matter what.
