Bungie: still think aim assist in PvP on PC isn't a problem?

Great job, guys! https://www.reddit.com/r/destiny2/comments/7b92lu/pc_xim4_and_aa/

  • Just because he can go flawless every time doesn't mean that AA has to go, im not using a controller neither do I use XIM4 and I can still go flawless, because it isn't that hard. So I think it is nice that they brought in AA so there are more players playing the game on PC (coming from console). And people who use XIM are just cheating.

    • People keep talking about how mouse/keyboard players have no excuse if they lose to someone using a controller, but nobody wants to talk about how big of a problem it is that players are using a mouse/keyboard with an XIM4 module to get the aim assist. People are literally paying for these users to carry them through flawless Trials. How is this not getting any attention?

I find that very disturbing. I've made quite a few post about this since the beta. We need to just make one thread and upvote it. I used an xim edge on the 360 when I was learning how to use keyboard and mouse and so I could still play with my friends. I always turned off aim assist in BF3 (was my main game back then) because otherwise it felt like an aim bot. I remember one time tuning it in COD and I thought I was playing with bots for a minute because my sens was ridiculously high to the point it was unplayable for me, but it was snapping to everyone. I can't believe people are spending money on that to get a "legit" aim bot. I'm glad I saw that though because it just confirms what I've been experiencing in the Crucible.
