As I was reading this I had the thought of it being a Mcree weapon reference and then there goes the OW quote :) Even if it was massively inaccurate being able to fire off so many shots in quick succession would be ridiculous up close and would likely end up being a PvP staple for a lot of players. Also with the ability to reload on evade and with grenades that effectively stun, you could make a Mcree hunter rip off and I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't be okay with that
