Destiny 1 had a hand cannon like that called The Last Word, but it went through several balance patches due to how powerful it was. I doubt Bungie would make another gun like that.

Well they don't need to bring old guns back i mean a gun that couldn't be used as a normal hand cannon it wouldn't 3 hit kill in pvp. It would be more like a side arm but powerful like a hand cannon but to help balance make it unable to be be ads + terrible accuracy my dood
