It's beyond crazy how poorly implemented the PC version has been. They did a PTS and then release a product that is in far worse shape than what they tested and then sit and say nothing because they have no idea what the problem is. 2 weeks now and still have the same ridiculous fps drops and stuttering that makes PVP damn near impossible and their only response is "we are aware of the issue"... I was honestly looking forward to the PC version after playing D1 since launch and D2 on xbox, but I can't say I've had a single day of enjoyment in the game on PC since each day has been filled with the same game play issues since launch.

  • What are you talking about. This is one of the best optimized most stable operating pc games released in the last year. It was rebuilt from the ground up rather than ported specifically to make sure it ran well. The fact of the matter is the "crashes" and "hitches" being experienced are edge case errors being experienced by a fraction of the PC player base and Bungie has been furiously patching them since launch.

  • There was no PTS. There was an "Open Beta". A PTS, "player test server", is a very different thing... That aside, what are you talking about? Poorly implemented? The PC client is actually quite exceptional, it has been coded very, very well and is incredibly well optimized. I have a backup PC with a 5 year old GTX 780 and it runs the game beautifully at 1080p... My main PC has been running the game exceptionally well at 1440p up until this last patch with the random stuttering but they said they have a fix for it.

  • Bro, the PC version released in a good state. Performance was solid and silky smooth. They made a mistake with an update and they are fixing it. A new hotfix is releasing tomorrow to fix this issue. Chill.
