Battletag: Emberstone#1422 CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X (overclocked to 4.0 GHz) GPU: GTX 1070 Founders Edition RAM: 2x8GB G.Skill Ripjaws V @3066 MHz GPU Driver Version: 388.00 Operating System: Windows 10 DXDiag: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cxq1dmnt85cs0hd/dxdiag.txt?dl=0 Process List: https://www.dropbox.com/s/c7lfmulf2kb58pj/process_list.txt?dl=0 Destination/Activity: Anywhere/Whenever there's combat Description: Ever since patch 1.0.6.1, there are random stutters that occur throughout any kind of combat. The bigger the fight, the more stutters there are. Before the patch, the game was running fairly smooth on my system. I got a smooth 100+ FPS outside of public events, even in the raid. Public events, while I experienced an fps drop, didn't stutter at all before the patch. Frametimes felt pretty consistent, but now I could be doing a simple strike and experience multiple stutters even though my reported FPS is still over 100. One thing I noticed during a stutter is that my GPU usage, according to MSI Afterburner, momentarily dropped to almost nothing, but not every stutter exhibits this behavior. Might be because the stutter doesn't last long enough for Afterburner to catch sometimes. I'm playing at 1080p with the Highest preset and 144 FPS Vsync.
