Has made the game basically unplayable as these stutters affect all game mechanics (shooting, jumping, running, etc. . .). I was online with 3 other players and they were not experiencing any issues. So I am curious how this patch has randomly affected certain players? I have all of my CPU/GPU drivers updated, Windows 10 latest version, and even rebooted my modem/router. No luck at all. The only common denominator in this is your poorly developed patch.
