Every 30 seconds to 1 minute, it will be a 20-30fps drop instead of ~5fps. I have tried lowering my graphics settings all the way and making various adjustments, including trying fullscreen, windowed, and windowed borderless. I have run the game with my GPU and CPU overclocked and not overclocked. I disabled any and all overlays that could be causing any potential conflicts. Lastly, I tried a fresh install to no avail.
