Issue Information:
Prior to 1.0.6.1 hotfix, Destiny 2 ran butter smooth at all times (55-60fps). After patch, I get frame drops all the time. Its worse when there's more players nearby, doing public events my frames hover in the 35-45 range whereas before it was almost always 60. I've also started getting DC again, like I was on release day. Exiting Destiny 2 and Battle.net and then re-entering doesn't help.
FWIW= Disabling SSE3 was a bad choice. Why are we sacrificing performance so that people with unsupported CPU's have less issues? Intel introduced SSE3 in 2005! Maybe have a CPU that was made in the last decade.
