No video settings or hardware settings have been changed. **EDIT: Upon looking under video settings under vsync my options have changed with this update, instead of it listing 30, 60, 72, 144,165 now the only available vsync options are 30 and 60. I do not use vsync, but this is a perplexing change. My monitor is still 1440p 165HZ under nvidia control panel.
