This is also happening to me. Before the patch I couldn't join my friend's clan due to the infinite loop memory leak thingy causing major stuttering even though at the corner of the screen it showed flat 60 fps (vsync on) and around 100 fps with vsync off. After today's patch and fix for the infinite loop, these split second stuttering started to happen and major fps loss in big fight's like OP's.
