Turning Screen Space Ambient Occlusion from 3D to HDAO has fixed it for me so far.

i dont use AO at all and no difference to me.

I had it on HDAO from the beginning and still experience these stutters. So it's not necessarily a general fix.

Mine has always been at HDAO and it's happening.
