Ran into an issue just now in a Vanguard Strikes A step in Savathun's Song, requires you to break 6 crystals to progress, however 1 crystal failed in some way, not sure if it never spawned or broke and didn't register. We tried grenades, rockets, nothing worked. so we all quit to Orbit. Just reporting it now in case it comes up again. Thanks
