Getting same 1 second or so frame drop on PC.
PC: i7 4930k 4.3Ghz 16 G Ram GTX TitanSC

Same with this configuration : https://pcpartpicker.com/b/Hw6scf Same issue after the patch ! Tried with SLI on and off. Fps are totally unstabled and the game is stuttering all the time ! Nice patch Bungie ! What a professional support. You can put your DLC where I think!
