So I initiated a few patrol missions on Titan and while I was doing those missions I opened caches and obtained resources. None of the planetary consumables or tokens were placed in my inventory while doing these patrol missions, I'm pretty sure they're bugged in that regard otherwise the missions themselves are fine.
