Unable to equip exotic ornament

Recently got the Sturm ornament but when i go to equip it its not there. I haven't dismantled it and I definitely have it as when I go to Eververse and inspect the ornament it says 'already added to collection'. Is there someway I might have lost it or could this be a glitch?

you didnt got it, it just says you do but its a visual bug, you can also still get it, cause i had the same thing

Is it in your vault? It has to be in your characters inventory to use it. It will still say you have it already if it’s in your vault.
