Error Code: Chive *SOLVED* Windows 10
Ive seen all the posts of this error, read through them all and tried everything listed. Uninstalling, reinstalling drivers and game, ran scan and repair, NOTHING.
It's simple. NVIDIA driver updated 10/30 to 388.13. Roll it back to 388.0 or remove all NVIDIA and manually install the driver.

For GEFORCE GPU. I really hope this works for you as it did for me. I spent my entire night fighting the evil that is Chive.

I have the latest driver from Nvidia... it works fine, but Bungie being what it is and checking to see if something else is monitoring it (FRIGGIN DRM CRAP) ... if you have anything else that is using the video portion of the GPU game-wise it will freeze and give a chive error. I had to stop another game I was running literally at the same time and restart the Blizz launcher to get D2 to load. Only then did it load up. FAN this DRM checking CRAP.... all because they can't stand to have their crappy game streamed online... other games are streamed and they seem to be doing better revenue-wise than D2 is. **edit** I help GM a guild in another game and sometimes I play them both side-by-side. "Chive" literally started happening for me after the windows update and having to clean re-install Nvidia drivers.
