Micro stutter after playing for 10-15 mins (getting worse)
I'm experiencing horrible micro stutter after playing for a short while , it seems to be getting worse and happening more often. I have to restart the game every 15 mins and it seems to be worse than it was before the update.....and I'm on AMD?
Specs.
AMDfx 9370
nvidia 1080ti
16 gig ram
700w gpu
win 10
FPS is fine , even when the micro stuttering occurs .
Note: I know my cpu isn't great and I will no doubt have a little bottleneck,(I'm in the middle of upgrading) but this isn't the problem here. It was working fine the first day or so , smooth as silk . This seems to be a very bad memory leak.??

The game is running very well for me now. I haven't changed any thing. Lag spikes are rare and no more stuttering.

This is being fixed today. You can just restart your game. Leaving your clan or joining the EU servers is just a waste of time. The bug can still hit you. This is supposed to be fixed today, so lets hope it is true.

1 ReplySame issue. I've posted about this 3-4 times since Bungie doesn't have a support email and I have responded to countless posts about it to let people know they aren't alone. It is the worst stuttering I have ever seen and it is my biggest fear when buying any pc game. Stuttering is the single reason why I always consider buying a console to play all of my games besides fps games and only using my computer for the internet and movies and playing fps games with mouse since it is superior to using a controller for fps games. I havent played this game since I beat it 2 days after it launched. The campaign experience was severely hampered by the stuttering and I havent touched a single thing in the end game because it is basically unplayable because of the stuttering. I wish to god I have never bought this game. A $50 game I preordered that I cant even play because of the worst stuttering I've ever seen in a pc game, ever, the company has no support email, and I havent played it in 5 days and wont either unless this gets fixed. Even if it does get fixed, I dont know if I still will have the want or need to play it anymore because it is taking so long to fix, if they ever even do. The biggest disappointment for me of the year, and the biggest regret among all of my game purchases.

Internet is saying that being in a clan with members from different regions could be causing the stuttering issue. Hope this is fixed , we have a mix of EU & US among our 80 members! :/

Interesting! , switched region to the "Americas" on Blizzard (I'm in UK ) and had a good hour and a half playing with no stutter. Smooth as butter?

Same weird Problem for me aswell. Getting stable 100FPS but when i move the Camera it stutters like hell after like 15Min of Playtime.

5 Repliesfrom what I have seen there are tons and tons of people having this same problem. Happens to me as well. Its very, very annoying. Restarting the game is really the only option right now. It is actually in the known issues list as well. So hopefully they are working on a fix. It did seem to get worse after this recent patch... which sucks.

1 ReplySame here just started today after I updated my nvidia drivers. i7-7820, gtx 1070, 32 gigs ram, SSD. Runs fine for awhile then get this odd shuddering when moving. It's faint but annoying. FPS is fine as well.

Have also been experiencing the stutter issue more frequently today, really frustrating to deal with.

it's getting worse every day launching the game, everythings fine, going in to a story mission, bam 20 fps restarting, same issue restarting again, playing 10 min, 20 fps

2 RepliesSame problem. Camera begins micro stutters, fps stable, I'm not in the clan. I pre-ordered the game with season pass, I really like this game, but I can not play and I have to wait for the patch. :(
