How can you get the Orpheus Rigs?
Do you have to use a certain subclass in order to trick the game that you don’t need them so that they actually drop? Or you are actually supposed to use the Nightstalker so that the game thinks you need them? Just respond in the comments how you got them?

It was late at night, I was really tired. I decided to play crucible one last time before bed. Got the engram, hoped for the rigs. And luck was bestowed upon me.

Keep doing public events using your hunter, pop a fireteam medallion and have at least one person to pop theirs too and you'll get a fair amount of exotic engrams, you might get lucky I wouldn't really recommend to farm something specific, it will just frustrate you

Either wait for Xur to sell them or get them to drop from an exotic engram. Exotics can also drop from decrypting legendary engrams, but that's very rare. When Bungie finally gets around to the changes they've listed, they say you'll have an increased chance of earning gear you don't have and get less duplicates.

I dropped them last week. It was just a random drop from a random engram I dropped out on patrol.
