4th Subclass!!
Ikora seems to be speculating about a 4th subclass and wondering what it could be... any thoughts? Wind?? Maybe Ice?? Maybe a Siva subclass to represent something that was created during the golden age but used as a weapon by the warmind?

I don't know about a new elemental subclass. I was thinking a kinetic subclass. Don't know what they would be though

Iv had a few theories. And i hope they give it to us players. Iv seen lots of people talk about the traveler like any living thing. Sought out civilizations to protect it from the traveler. Who ever liced on io once held the travelers light to protect from the darkness. Heck even the fallen once had the travelers light.. Anyways why not a "darkness" subclass. To fight esentially.. Fire with fire. Well take on the pyramid shipped enemies with their own power. A dark power. Or more specificaly. A direct power associated with the light. So solar, void, arc, and Darkness or Light

What I think would be cool is a subclass that sort of combines with another person's super, like for example the nightstalkers arrow would combine with the golden gun and it would fire out that arrow and do something completely different from both original supers, if that makes sense.

If it’s green colored, it’s a hive one. Hive wizards, knights and Eris Morn have green eyes and magic, so we might have a major accident where we gain hive magic and still retain ourselves unlike Eris who’s hearing voices, or we go crazy too but I’m a slightly different way. Other theories include, wind, and corrosion. But I have much less evidence for that other than elemental coverage and Thorn being corrosive. But that’s just a theory..

I hear people saying cold heart has ice so the new power is ice, but the thorn existed first and it had green corrosive power and the new symbols are green.

3 RepliesIf you listen to the cryptarch he says something along the lines of don't speak to me of the darkness I want no part of it and osiris was obsessed by it wasn't he? IF they do a 4th subclass and that a big if I'd guess at darkness there's loads of hints toward it in destiny 2

1 ReplyWith the current subclasses we have representations of societal constants: birth (solar), death (void), and life in action (arc), I think it be good to bring in a chaos or disorder related element. Potentially darkness related. We are after all coming closer and closer to allying with it (returned powers from a corrupted shard, making arms deals with calus who serves the darkness)

(mobility, resilience and recovery could be 7,8,8; 9,8,6 etc...) and the perks in the subclass make your kinetic weapon more powerful and grants abilities like increased reload/stability/body shot damage, etc...I think that'd be interesting...especially since the game was supposed to be set in a world without light, though that's already over...for now lol
