Don't get me wrong, I don't talk about pvp. I talk about your game profile. First, I want to explain my imagination about my rank system: Imagine you are a new player and want to learn more about how D2 works (etc.) and in your patrol zone is this other Player. You going to inspect him, take a look on his armor and stats, but.... What is that? Under his Gamertag you can read: Titan/Awoken/Level 20/[b]Master-Rank[/b] You wanted to learn more about this game and finally you found a really experienced player which was granted the rank of master. You going to ask him and he likes it to help others. So I think you get my Point about why I want this System but let us go on to the System himself. What I thought was that Bungie could implement an ingame rank system which evaluate your rank from solved challenges; character playtime and finished guided games. Also I think the rank names of each class should be different. For example, let us say that Warlocks has at max rank the title "Grand Master" while a Titan has at the max rank the title "Commander" or "Admiral". Also maybe hunters could have at max rank the title "Master Assassine" ;) So, what kind of challenges should we solve beside that? I thought about something like granted Points for each challenges, easy ones will grant lower Points than harder challenges. For example: Kill 2000 Enemies with this specific grenade (as an easy challenge) | Finish the nightfall with 7 Minutes remain (as a hard one). But let us talk more about the different rank names: I think, that the class specific titles should represent the Kind of class. So Titan titles are more Military oriented while warlocks and hunters have more mystical titles. Maybe I going to far and it would be enough for the titles, to give each class the same rank names but more variety would be better, right? :) At last, thanks for reading this.
