How about you bring back No Land Beyond?
Let the arguments against why No Land Beyond should or shouldn't make it into D2 begin now.
Please refrain from using arguments that are identical to "That weapon sucks" or "No more D1 weapons". If you're going to say that it's overpowered, then explain how.
No Land Beyond wouldn't be any different from most of the other sniper rifles in D2 apart from the fact that it would be a Kinetic weapon and have a significantly slower rate of fire.

Edited by Divine_Majin93: 10/28/2017 6:27:49 PMYou do realize that in this game with unreasonably high TTK, that a weapon like that would be absolutely game breaking? Assuming they treat it like a power level weapon in a Kinetic or Energy weapon slot like in D1. Using a sniper rifle in this game is amazing for clean up shots on guardians who have already been hurt. Occasionally you get setup for those crispy headshots which are spiffy. Snipers really can hurt in this game, but due to the ammo economy, they are really reigned in and badly nerfed in terms of usability so to speak. They're just not sensible weapons to use right now. They tried putting a power weapon into another slot. Tell me, who seriously uses Fighting Lion if they really wanna win? It's a crappy weapon because it tries to be something it's not and is balanced correctly according to its placement. They can add the weapon to the game all they want. Assuming it's not a power slot, if they don't nerf it to levels expected of a kinetic or energy weapon class, then it's damage output will break the crucible based on high TTK and sniper body shot damage alone. This game balance doesn't support it. Edit: And if it's heavily nerfed, then you'd be that idiot trying to be cool on your team using a severely nerfed gun not really contributing anything. But at least you'll look pretty damn cool.
