This has happened to me 5 times already, and 4 out of those 5 times I was pretty deep into a mission/strike, and the game did what I described above and nothing saved. I would love to know if this is a known issue and Bungie is working on it, or if anything can cause this that I can change. Thank you! Edit: I've had much more crashing in the past couple days since I posted my original problem. My 5 crashes have spiked up to maybe 25-30 so far.
