RoI never happened. D2 was already well into development when they cranked out RoI. They were being worked on concurrently by two different, separate dev teams, so none of the RoI content is really incorporated into D2. A Crucible map for Felwinter's and Shaxx calling you "Saladin's young wolf" in the opening mission; that's all we get. I was pretty disappointed by it, but I guess people have widely varied opinions on how much it actually matters.
