This is stupid! Just take out the demand search for SSSE3! People with SSSE3 can still play with it and people with out it jsut don't ge the few benefits! SSSE3 is older code than the AMD SSE3 code! Give us a damn answer! Fix it or tell us F U! So we can either play, get a refund, or start a class action!

Yeah the benefits of optimizations using SSSE3 are likely marginal, so they could probably do without them. However they may be nontrivial to remove. Like if, during post-beta optimizations, they added calls to a 3rd party library that has SSSE3 instructions.
