"Requirements" are and have always been based on performance. SSSE3 was never explicitly specified as a requirement outside the forums, still isn't, and never before until an hour after launch. Either they fix it, or they fix it. They don't need another lawsuit especially for someone else's -blam!- up *cough* Vicarious Visions *cough*
