There are ways of contacting Bungie Corporation. You can drive right to it because they have what are known as office buildings, in a few different locations. They have street addresses. And real people work there, although it doesn't mean they'll let you in, let alone talk to you. Even if you happen to know people who work there it doesn't mean they'll tell you anything. That said, as far as help with the game or something along those lines, no. They don't have a player help desk, etc which you can call. That's why this forum exists and has a help section.
