same here . my fps go higher than 90+ but it not smooth at all :( feel like 10-30 fps. it's happen to me after start a game 15 - 30 min. i try to change game setting but still have problems . need to restart game to run smooth again. My Specs i7 4790K OC 4.5 stable GTX 1070 Win 10 pro 1709 build cpu / gpu temp is fine.
