good news, I was unbanned apparently the community managed to get them to discover the bug, I did not have contact any of the members of the bungie team I spent the last 36 hours being humiliated and called dishonest for something that I and others had not done, I feel Too bad people tried to make it worse.
Many thanks bungie for doing your job. I still believe a transparency with more information about ban and also create an easier way to contact.

Hey,l i've been trying to figure this out. I just got the game 3 days ago on pc, been playing destiny on console since D1. I got disconnected and when I tried to reconnect I was banned. This all happened last night. I've reached out to them on twitter, tried emailing the store customer support, posted in forums. Nothing, I have really bad internet. I've only had the game for 3 days. I don't know what to do. I submitted for a refund but i would rather have my game. What did you do? what should I do?

Dear Bungie, I just came back from school today, starting up Destiny 2, like i always do. Game starts up and it says that i am banned. Now, i really wanna know why.. I've been grinding this game for like almost a week maybe 2 weeks i don't really remember. I bought this game on PC just to get some more experience of PC gaming because i started out playing Destiny 1 on consoles.. never played any other game since then.. I'm actually sad.. That i cannot play this game anymore since i don't even know the reason why i got banned. Bungie, for wathever i did, i did not intend or did it on purpose.. i would never cheat in this game nor download cheats for any game.. but i've been a die hard fan of destiny.. i was banned permanently 3 days ago and make questions in forum but i can't get answer from bungie, i don't use cheat only play the campaing and when finish i was banned. I pay for it and can't enjoy because the ban

How could someone be so stupid in assuming you were cheating when this is clearly a global game problem that many are having issues with. -1 to humanity.
