I'm glad you posted it and players are reacting to it. it is important for us to wake up and see all this and take a stance. I for one, already on the hook for both dlc and will get my money's worth, but the likely hood of me buying another Bungie game are very slim.

A lot of them have made a video with what they disliked and then went right back to catering to their fans and Bungie. No you don't need to have every video be a critique although it works absolutely well for Joker here and I very much appreciate his videos tremendously but maybe they need to stop promoting something that is intentionally removing the enjoyment from the game for them and their community. Being sincere and informing your community that the only way to force change is to stop playing and or purchasing products that remove content to sell it to you later. Essentially that's what Bungie has done not only with content but mechanics as well. They will add in features that should have been in the game on release with updates and dlc forcing you to buy it if you want to experience improvements. Mind you, it wont be all the year 3 mechanics, just some as they need to keep you coming back every dlc so they will spread it thin. Really disappointed to say the least.

2 RepliesWOW. I don't subscribe to streamers - ever - but within the first 2 minutes of this video (and I've watched this guy before and always thought he was ok as it was) he had me sold. Hit the sub button. LOVE how he fuqng pissed all over the D2 Vanilla vs D1 Vanilla argument! I've been battling against that same argument on these forums for a long time now it seems. Just on that first 2 minutes alone, this guy has my sub lol. Ok, watching rest of video now.

Whatever will we do? His complaints about the raid, in comparison to Vault of Glass, is just about the loot, which is almost a non-point. There are already a greater variety of good weapons throughout Destiny 2 that the raid weapons aren't as standout as something like Fatebringer in Destiny pre-TTK.

1 ReplyMy expectations on CoO dropped down as I realised that pretty much all of the main substance of D1 was built around Joseph Statons mysterious universe and all the depth stems from that lore. With current authors I expext CoO will be just a plain flat linear story which leads to Osiris becoming the new vendor in tower replacing the speaker.

The point when he compared Leviathan and Vault of glass, mentioned vision of confluence and Vex Mythoclast, strikes, crucible and lore really opened my eyes why vanilla D1 attracted players despite lack of proper campaign, and where D2 falls short. Maybe fixing D2 is harder than I thought.
