Too be fair, most places offer a 30 day refund. If it took you 4 weeks you had your chance, not screwed off the bat.

While correct most places won't accept a refund for a physical copy. Even if it's same day. As soon as you open the physical copy it voids the refund. That said most of us use digital so it's probably fine

Best Buy, Fry's, local places around here it is just 1 dollar to do the 30 day because that is the cost for the company to replace the product. What is a Dollar for a 60 dollar game?

Yeah that does suck, but forced to agree to a no refund. Why for me I felt safe with Blizzard app as they have exceptions. Where consoles don't have that liberty and I buy physical only for consoles as I can get that refund policy. Don't play into the hands of companies.
