so its been 6hrs now i havent been able to play the game and i still have this ban active. there is no way to get an answer or appeal this which makes it 50x worst. the blizzard support said they have no control over this. before the ban my game was crashing constantly cause i have a ryzen 1700x i guess. how long are these bans when is this gonna be fixed. i cant even buy a 2nd account to start playing on because i would have to make a 2nd battlenet account and lose my entire friends list.

3 RepliesEdited by Kell of Kellogs: 10/25/2017 6:27:23 PMIn Destiny there are account restriction and bans. Restrictions are only temporary but must be waiting out while bans are permanent. Please note that Bungie will not discuss or overturn account restrictions or bans. You can find more information in Bungie’s Account Restriction and Banning Policies
The following is true: -Destiny 2 cannot automatically ban you, only Bungie can ban a player after a manual investigation -Yesterday, we banned approximately 400 players on PC -Bans were applied to players who were using tools that pose a threat to the shared ecosystem of the game -We did not (and will not) issue any bans for the use of overlays or performance tools, including Discord, Xsplit, OBS, RTSS, etc. -Information on using third-party applications can be found here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46101 -We are overturning 4 of the bans that were issued during the PC Beta
https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/46426

Bungie hypes PC release for months.... As soon as PC players play the game BAN ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!! Greatest bait and switch E.V.E.R.....

3 RepliesBungo did say that using these TYPES of pc mods could get you banned They named a few specific ones but not all of them The big time streamers made certain that they were not running anything but specific configs to avoid the ban Hammer The tensing scrubs just did not pay attention to what their pcs's were running and got nailed

4 RepliesIts not shadowplay, I have been streaming for hours now using shadowplay. You have something else running. Look for MSI Afterburner or EVGA precision. It seems just simply having either one of these running is causing issues. Blizzard and nvidia both need to get involved in this, especially blizzard as its being hosted on their side.

7 RepliesYou weren't banned for using NVIDIA Shadowplay- it's clearly defined as an acceptable overlay. Your cause lies elsewhere... Good luck.

Get a refund before it's too late friend. Bungies policy on bans has always been once they're there they aren't coming off. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/236534897/0/0

8 RepliesThe ban is permanent my friend. While I don't play PC I've been seeing the forums today explode in a rage about stuff like this. It broke bungie's account restriction and banning policies somewhere somehow.
-
3 RepliesI use shadowplay and wasn't banned. That's not the cause.

1 Reply-blam!-, I have been using Shadowplay while playing, I just turned it off after reading your post. What a -blam!-ing joke this is. Apparently no one at Bungie knows what a pc is!

4 RepliesSame issue with shadowplay here
